# Privacy

This website does exactly one thing with your data: if you use the early access form, we keep what you typed so we can get back to you about Aswan.

## What we keep

-   What you put in the form: your name, email address, yard name, and anything else you chose to fill in, such as a phone number, your state, the number of registers and what you use today.
-   The date you sent it, your browser's user-agent string, and the country Cloudflare reports for your request, used to spot abuse of the form and nothing else.

It is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, and a copy is emailed to our own inbox through our email provider, Mailjet, so a person sees it the same day. There are no analytics and no tracking pixels on this site. The one script we load beyond our own is Cloudflare Turnstile, the bot check on the form, served by Cloudflare, who already serve this site.

## What we don't do

We don't sell your details, share them with anyone, or add you to a mailing list. The only email you will get from us is a reply about Aswan.

## Getting removed

Reply to any email from us, or send a note through the [early access form](https://aswanyardmanager.com/early-access/) , asking to be deleted, and we will delete what we hold, including that request itself.

This covers the website only. The Aswan software, once your yard uses it, is covered by its own agreement. Aswan is made by Double Tap Software, LLC, whose own site is at [doubletapsoftware.net](https://doubletapsoftware.net) .
